We were honoured to host a special evening celebrating Pardoo Wagyu and the story behind the brand.
The afternoon began with a media and PR session, where guests met Bruce Cheung, visionary founder of Pardoo Wagyu and proud Singaporean businessman, and heard firsthand the passion, purpose, and journey behind the brand. A curated tasting menu by Chef Jayden and Chef Victor of YARA brought that story to the table in a thoughtful and memorable way.
The evening then continued with the Founder’s Dinner, an intimate gathering of F&B business owners created for connection, conversation, and shared appreciation of exceptional produce.
Curated by Chef Jayden and Chef Victor, the menu featured standout dishes including award-winning Pardoo Wagyu, recognised for achieving top honours at the World Steak Challenge, and one of the highlights of the night for its richness and depth of flavour.
It was a meaningful coming together of founders, partners, and industry friends, all connected by great food, warm interaction, and the Pardoo Wagyu story.
