Ten years ago, Westholme Wagyu arrived in Singapore. Last month, we at Bidfood were proud to celebrate this milestone alongside Westholme — bringing together some of the city’s most passionate chefs and Wagyu enthusiasts at Ida’s for a dinner unlike any other.
The menu was conceived and cooked by renowned chef Lennox Hastie of Firedoor, who took guests on a journey across the Westholme range throughout the evening — from the delicate MB8/9 Tenderloin to the rich, smoky depth of the MB6/7 Bone-In Short Rib. Behind the fire alongside him was our own Bidfood Executive Chef, Jayden Ho, who joined Lennox and his team throughout the night in bringing the evening’s menu to life.
As Westholme’s distribution partner in Singapore, it was a privilege for the Bidfood team to be part of this celebration — honouring not only a decade of exceptional Wagyu, but also the relationships we’re building with the chefs and kitchens who bring it to life.
