Peter Rollinson of Flutes Restaurant

We’re excited to announce our newest Chef’s Choice by Bidfood programme, where we spotlight customers using our new, unique or sustainable products!

Starting off with Skull Island Ambassador Peter Rollinson, the Executive Chef of Flutes Restaurant Singapore takes us behind the scenes into his kitchen and shows us how he uses these wild caught prawns in 3 stunning dishes!

Chef Peter also gave us some insight on why these are his tiger prawns of choice:
