The day opened with an engaging Innovative Pastry Trend Dialogue, featuring a distinguished panel of chefs — Antonio Bachour, Manuel Bouillet, Cindy Khoo, Makato Arami, and Jeremy Ballester — who shared insights on global pastry trends and ingredient innovation.
The highlight of the afternoon was a live demonstration by Chef Antonio Bachour, crowned Best Pastry Chef in the World (Les Grandes Tables du Monde, 2018). He captivated the audience with four distinctive creations, each showcasing the versatility and excellence of Président’s premium dairy range — inspiring professionals to elevate their dessert craftsmanship.
