A proud collaboration: Pastry Academy with Chocolaterie de l’Opéra and Chef François Perret.
Over several sessions, we welcomed members of Singapore’s culinary community for an intimate exchange of technique, innovation, and inspiration — led by Chef François Perret, World’s Best Restaurant Pastry Chef 2019 and Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres, in partnership with Chocolaterie de l’Opéra, renowned French chocolate makers.
The collaboration also gave our Executive Pastry Chef, Dexter Lee, the opportunity to work closely with Chef François Perret and bring his own creative interpretation to the table — reimagining two recipes with local Singaporean flavours.
Moments like these reflect what we value most: bringing world-class expertise closer to Singapore’s culinary community and creating space for genuine exchange and growth.
